What is included in the tour fee?
All lodging, transportation, guided birding, meals, soft drinks, taxes and gratuities are all covered in the tour price. We ask that you are responsible for items of a personal nature such as; laundry, alcoholic beverages, gifts, and other items of a personal nature.
If the tour is sold out, can I get on a waiting list?
If you are interested and find that the tour is full, contact us at [email protected] and ask that your name be added to the waitlist. No deposit is necessary. If a participant cancels, you will be contacted and offered the option to join the tour. You are under no obligation to accept the space.
Is it possible to get a single room?
If you would like a single room we are happy to oblige at no extra cost. As well, if you are a single and would like to be placed with a travel/roommate, let us know and we will do our best to make this possible
Could there be changes in tour dates or leaders?
Al schedules and tour leaders have been decided 18 months in advance. While changes in day tours and/or leaders could be necessary (for weather or other reasons), we will do everything possible to ensure that tours operate with the leaders, dates, and times we have listed.
How are teams organized?
We are organizing teams on a first come, first serve basis. If you would like to be on a certain tour leader’s team, let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to ensure your spot.
